Made to order

Most items we produce are custom (printed specifically for your job). Because of this, refunds and returns are usually not accepted.

Problems with an order

If there’s an issue caused by our production (e.g., an obvious print defect), contact us as soon as possible and we’ll look at the best fix.

Artwork responsibility

If the supplied artwork/details are incorrect and we printed to the approved proof/spec, reprints are chargeable. If you’re unsure, ask — we’re happy to check it with you first.
